PCCM is qualified for Free Higher Education by the virtue of Republic Act 10931 (Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act)


A. QUALIFICATIONS

  1. At least Senior High School graduate with a general grade average or rating of not less than 85% from the previous school attended;
  2. Be of Good Moral Character;
  3. Be of good health certified by a competent physician;
  4. Have passed the Screening Process to be administered by the College Screening Committee;
  5. Have no pending criminal or civil charges or must not have been convicted for violation of any law.

B. REQUIREMENTS

The applicants shall submit the following requirements:

  1. Grade 12 Report Card with complete grades and GWA (Form 138/SF9) – photocopy;
  2. Good Moral Certificate – photocopy;
  3. PSA Birth Certificate – photocopy;
  4. Proof of Residency (Barangay Certificate) – photocopy;
  5. Two (2) pcs I.D. Pictures (2″x2″).

For Transferee: Transcript of Records (TOR) & Transfer Credentials – photocopy
For ALS: Certificate of Eligibilty for College Admission – photocopy.

C. PROCEDURES

For purposes of admission, all candidates must:

  1. Fill out application [Click here to download] and print in A4 size paper.
  2. Submit all necessary documents directly to the assigned Guidance and/or Admission Officer;
  3. Secure admission test at the assigned schedule;
  4. Submit to an interview to be administered by the Admission Office;
  5. See the list of the qualifiers which will be posted on the Official PCCM webpage at the College;
  6. For admitted students, sign the Behavior Contract/Waiver required from the office of student affairs and secure enrolment permit/follow enrolment procedures.

Note:

  • The ranking system will be applied based on the General Weighted Average (GWA), Entrance Examination score, and Interview score of the Applicants.
  • Based on the result the top six hundred fifty (650) applicants will be qualified for enrollment.
  • PCCM Admission Policy is based on approved guidelines of UniFAST.
