The Philippine Association of Practitioners of Student Affairs and Services recently conducted their 17th PAPSAS Annual Convention and Student Leaders’ Summit at Bahay Bakasyunan, Iba, Zambales, on May 12 to 13, 2023 which brought together student leaders and student journalists from various universities and local colleges in Region III.
