The Polytechnic College of the City of Meycauayan (PCCM) continued the celebration of its 20th founding anniversary from November 13–17, 2023, with a host of exciting events contemplated by various Accredited College Society/Organizations (ACSO), College Student Government (CSG), and the participation of various programs, encompassing the Teacher Education Program (TEP), led by Prof. Frederick Berboso; the Office Administration Program (OAP) headed by Prof. Rose Kathleen G. Delos Santos; and the Hospitality Management Program (HMP) headed by Prof. Maria Sheryl O. Decilio; together with the full support of local government officials, PCCM administrators, and teaching and non-teaching staff who invested their time to this noteworthy occasion and the priceless experience gained by the City Scholars.
PCCMians had the opportunity to demonstrate their expertise, abilities, sportsmanship, and undiscovered talents during this momentous event that was jam-packed with activities. PCCMians were able to explore creativity, entrepreneurship, professionalism, a sense of enjoyable activity, and the essence of camaraderie through multiple engagements. The celebration’s astounding ripple effect on participants has been made possible by the efforts and eagerness of various programs, organizations, teaching, and non-teaching personnel, along with the unwavering support of the PCCM administrators.
Furthermore, the extended week-long occasion wrapped with an award ceremony felicitating the winners of every competition and expressing deep appreciation to all of the organizers and facilitators. During the final day of the founding anniversary, PCCMians witnessed the day of Mr. and Ms. PCCM 2023’s coronation, which commenced on November 17, 2023. Despite the nerve-wracking environment of the pageant, candidates from various programs displayed their excellent presentation of elegance and excellence. The boisterous cheers from the audience demonstrated how happy and fulfilled PCCMians were, cherishing the incredible experience they had.
